I enjoyed lots of classes in Temple University. "Weight training" class was one of the classes I really like it. The coach treated everyone well and gave us lots of information. I learned a lot in this class. Not only knowing how to weight training but also learning the knowledge of it. Like how to eat and how to breathe when you are training yourself. We also have to memorized the muscles and know where it is. There are lots of types of training. Nutrition is an important part of weight training, therefore, we have to memorize the nutrition functions and calculate the calories. There are lots of ways to do weight training. We started to set the work out log in spring semester. It was a little bit hard at the beginning because I usually followed the log which the coach provided. I have Weight training 1 and Weight training 2 in two semesters. I met lots of classmates in that class, too. I have two partners in each class. We became good friends and worked out together. We shared our own stories and encourage others. Someone has to PUSH you and tell you not to give up when you think you are already enough sometimes. This is a totally different experience of physical class compared to Taiwan. I do not have any skills of weight training before this class, but I can go to the gym myself and do the weight training in a right way now. One of my exchange year goals was "Having a great work out habit in this year". I made it. And made it more than I expect.(273字)

(三)生活環境

I like temple a lot. However, there were some crime in this neighborhood. I was lived in a street that we have to be careful all the time. But Temple provided "Temple flight" and "Walking escort" for students. You can called them at night. I usually used the "TapRide"APP to called the flight. However, it usually took long times to got on it. It depends of the weather and the time. It was really cold and windy in winter. It will be a little bit hard to walk due to the wind sometimes. However, Temple will open the heater in every building. You will not feel cold inside the building. It is better to wearing a waterproof shoes in winter or in snow days. I like the food trucks around Temple. The sellers are all kind and friendly. Temple also have a really great study environment. I usually went to "Tech Center" or "Library" to study or doing assignments. They provide a lot of computers for the students. Also, the Adobe programs are all in the computers. When the weather is getting warmer, you can sit on the grass. Enjoy the sunshine with your friends or yourself. It will definitely be a wonderful experience that you never have in Taiwan. There are three gyms in Temple. You can run ,weight training or doing yoga in the gym. They also have the free work out classes everyday. My friends and I have a great time there. The training is exhausted sometimes, but it worth it. My favorite place in Philadelphia is the city hall. It's a historic building with a Benjamin Franklin statue standing on it. There are also lots of events hold in front of the city hall. The colors of the sky in Philadelphia is really pretty. The color was gradient all the time. My friend took this picture for me without any filter and edited. The sky was purple and pink at that day. It was almost the day that I am going to leave when we were taking photos around Philly. It's unforgettable. (347字)

(四)自我成長

There are some cultural difference between Taiwan and USA. The guns are legal in USA. That is the main reason why I will feel a little bit scared when I am walking on the streets sometimes. Taiwan is really a SAFE country compared to the western countries. I think I do not have a serious problem in Temple or in United states. Temple University take good cares of global students. I also met a lot of friends in Temple. Not only Taiwanese but also foreigners. We take care of each other. At the beginning, I thought there were not lots of people knowing Taiwan and knowing where it located. But actually there are lots of people know where Taiwan is and know this country. I am really happy about this. I am also proud of where am I from. I do improve myself in this exchange year. I went traveled alone and did things alone in this year. I became more independent. I postponed my exchange year, I left my comfort zone. I missed my friends sometimes but I also enjoyed the time that I spend with myself. You have to try and then you will know you are MORE than you expect. And I think I became more confident in myself and love myself more. You don't have to care a lot about how people think of your outfit or your habits. That makes you unique sometimes. The world is big. There is no one can influence you by their comments or judgement. Believe in yourself and your faith. I learned this when I was in vacation. I met lots of people during the vacation. They are not only the people who I met in the states but also the people who inspiring me a lot. (297字)

(五)大三出國建議

It will be a great choice to choose Temple university. You will have a wonderful exchange year there. You will have a whole new experience of the equipments and the college environment in Temple. Don't hesitate to talk with your classmates and professors. They are all kind and friendly. Temple University also provide a well global program for global students. They will be there if you need any help. Email them or go to the office directly are both good ways. I have a really awesome year in Philly. Hope you can, too!(93字)
