(一)基本資料

I went to a village near Minnesota in the United States called Winona University. I went to study for some computer courses for nine months.(25字)

(二)課程學習

My favorite course is English for Computer Science because it can focus on developing vocabulary and English language skills to help nonnative English speakers explore and express ideas about popular media, computer use, and modern technology. Students will be presented with a variety of resources and tasks that challenge them to interact with new vocabulary and contemporary topics in computer science at varying levels of English complexity. And I will also practice communicative English skills through scaffolded written and verbal assignments that require them to think critically and express their own ideas about global technology use and the social impacts of modern technology. And I learn so many things from this course, we make some projects and to have a presentation on the stage,the teacher od this course is really nice,his name is Tim, he is very patient to all the students, because we are international students,so he will go through the class again and again, if we have something doesn't understand,the teacher will go through many times,and how to pass this course is to concentrate to the homework, you need to do your own work by own, cannot copy-paste to the homework or you will get failed. Next is how to get a high score in the quiz and exam that is to remember the vocabulary of computer science and do well at the final then you could pass the course easily. Every classmate work with each other to think about how the computer works, and do some notes that we can remember it, I think I choose this class to learn a lot of computers knowledge, it helps a lot to the future and what job you want in the future. Thanks to my teacher Tim told me lots of things and let every student love and respect to him. (307字)

This is where I live in the United States. I only have to walk two minutes away from the school. I only need to walk for a minute. I think we are much more convenient than other students, even though we live next to the rails and sleep. It’s a bit noisy but it’s the most convenient and safest. Plus we’re on the second floor, it’s raining or blizzard is safe. There is a pizza shop and a chicken-wing shop next door. It even opens until one or two in the midnight. I think it is really good for me. I have something to eat in the middle of the night. Sometimes we will come back to the supermarket to buy some food before we can cook it. We can enjoy the joy of cooking together and I have a pot can cook rice, and you can eat rice in foreign countries. It is very happy. The weather here is usually cold because the location is in the north of the United States, so the wintertime is long. You must wear thick clothes and hats when you go out. Gloves will be frostbitten, and heating will be provided in winter. I think it is very human design. Plus, we Asians are afraid of cold. It’s really great. Staying in the United States this year will make me unforgettable. The school also Very beautiful, although not big, The students are very enthusiastic too, there are many activities, I think I have this opportunity to the United States is very lucky.(264字)

This is my first time to go to a big city like Los Angeles, and I have been planning for a long time, and then I am going to travel when I am going back to China. It is very difficult for a person to handle all things and travel planning abroad. Is the problem of booking a ticket, before we have to book a bus to arrive at the airport, so we must confirm that there is a bus back and forth to start booking. We took the first bus to the airport at 6 o'clock, very tired, but Everything is worthwhile in Los Angeles. But the monkey is a problem with accommodation because it can't be too far from the city and not too expensive. I have been looking for a long time to communicate with the landlord in English. This is a big obstacle I encountered. But then I solved it too and lived very comfortably. Then I have the problem of renting a car. Because I am less than twenty-five years old, I have to pay a younger tax, so that renting a car in Los Angeles is very expensive. It is the most traffic-stricken city in the United States. Every time you drive to a different place, you have to drive for a long time. Then there is not a lot of parking fees, so you have to be very careful. Next is the itinerary. Every attraction has to be played. So the route has to be checked. This is my photo taken at Universal Studios in Los Angeles. There are a lot of people, and there are many foreigners, but the weather is very good. It is worthy of being happy. This week in Los Angeles, I solved all the difficulties. I think it is necessary to prepare warm clothes before coming to the United States, because it is too cold, and then cold medicine should be worn, because the doctors in the United States are very expensive, so be prepared first, just in case there are one Internet mobile phones, because they often look at navigation in foreign countries, they will get lost. I brought two big suitcases to put things in the past. When I returned to China, I bought a lot of things and brought them back without overweight. Then I think it is very important to wait for an electric cooker to cook rice seasonings. It can't be bought abroad. Sometimes when the weather is bad or when you want to save money, you must cook at home, clean and delicious. Then the next step is to make more friends, like I am everywhere to go to other people's guest, to make a lot of friends from different countries, but also to know Chinese people, find people are very good, everyone is also very happy to play together. In short, to the United States, It’s a very happy and lucky thing in life. I think people must go to the United States to look at it in this life. It’s a very exciting thing to learn to escape from the beginning. I hope that I will have a chance to return to the United States in the future. (243字)
