(二)課程學習

DATA BASE teacher is very interesting in class. It is very easy to combine hard-to-understand code with the examples in life. Especially,teachers are very serious and patient about explaining to us that afraid that we will not understand because of English. Thank you teacher for letting me know more about Data base. Data base system teacher even went to Kaohsiung to teach. He often share some stories about he teaching in Taiwan. The teacher is also very patient after class.Lots of students ask question and he always be patient to answer all the question. Every time before class, the teacher will review the last class. The teacher will also ask us to combine the things we have learned before to write the program instead of just teaching. Teacher also will upload some lecture material on Moodle. Let us go home and have a better review. The end of the semester. In addition to making me more familiar with the data base. Learn to integrate all kind of knowledge and use the most concise make the program efficient.The whole semester make me most impressed is the before midterm exam the professor make us some team work to review the midterm exam. The reason that impressed me because it make me more understand how to use this coding more flexible and i got a good grade on my midterm exam. I am really appreciate to met such a good professor during my abroad in Canada. And the most interesting classmate in this course is a boy name Brain. He is really intelligent and also funny. He always can ask teacher lots of question and also offer some different perspective to the professor. He is such a nice person that also take care us a lot no matter on study or live. I would sincerely recommend to take this course. It really helpful for my coding.(316字)

(三)生活環境

Brandon University is an amazing university. I know a lot of good mainland friends, they will take me to know more about Canada. I am very happy to know that they not only look at the scenery but also experience the style that this school has given me. My favorite place in this school is the library. Very big and very good at reading. I often go to the middle of the exam and go to school there. I see that the school library is Taiwanese in Taiwan. But in Canada, it’s very motivating to see foreigners working hard to prepare for the exam. Work harder What I like the most is the stadium. I have always felt that foreign countries are very respectful of sports. I think the facilities at the school there are very good. I am not disappointed. I often see that the school basketball team is training in a gym like very advanced equipment. I also feel much better than the facilities in our school. There are also many foreign students or people living nearby who come to our school gym and I have found that they are very good at maintaining their fitness equipment. The stadium is also very often maintained. There are always people who will wax. I think it is worthwhile for Taiwan University to follow suit.(225字)

(四)自我成長

We got a good landlord, he take care us a lot, no matter take us to be more familiar with all the Brandon environment, or even take us to shopping when the weather is to cold. The most difficult thing is the Racism, I'm really terrified when the racism happened to my classmate. In Taiwan, there isn't any racism happened in my life, I have no idea why they will be so mean that all depend on the difference skin color. I really can't imagine if that happened in my daily life. Then there is the problem of eating. I am not used to the food in Canada. I think it is fried. It is very greasy and very oily. But fortunately, our landlord is willing to cook for us. I feel lucky to meet such a great one. I think that the language barrier is quite serious. I am often afraid that I will say the wrong thing to offend others. Because sometimes we use Chinese to translate into English. There is no bad meaning, so I don’t have any good foreign friends. Only very good Chinese friends. I think there are no other difficulties in other areas. Part of it is because there are many Chinese friends who are helping me to adapt to the cultural environment of this country.(223字)

(五)大三出國建議

I feel that I have to be brave enough to try a lot of different things. I think this is very important. I have to work very hard in foreign countries. I have to do a lot of things myself. I don’t have family members like Taiwan. For example, I have never slipped before. Snow, but I experienced a ski in Canada. I feel very fun. I also experienced the first road trip in Canada. I have been driving for 18 hours. Although it is very tired, it is very fun and very fresh. This time, the opportunity to go abroad is very rare. You can really experience the life abroad. You must learn to do your own bank account. You must learn to cook your own food. I have to learn how to communicate with others in English. I also need to learn to call cards. Many things you don’t notice every day have to come by yourself. The most important thing is that this time you go out of Congress to let you learn to live independently. It’s not easy to go to a different place. But it will make you grow a lot. This journey gonna make you a better person, with knowing different people from different place and also living in a totally different and unfamiliar country. If I got another chance to go study abroad again, I will really appreciate that.(238字)
