(二)課程學習

I took the Intro To Actor class this semester, the class is for students who are not specializing in the drama department. The course is also fun and easy, there are two hours of class time per week. Before the class, the professor will let us play a simple game, as a warm-up, let us remove the tired body for relax and enjoy the class. At the beginning, I am afraid to perform in front of my classmates, It is hard for me to communicate with them. I was under a lot of pressure when I took this class because I was the only foreign student in the class. Almost every two weeks, every student must prepare a small performance, sometimes a group performance, sometimes a personal performance. The mid-term and final exams are performed by a teacher to make a small theater performance. I still remember that the mid-term exam is a performance of mime, you have to looking for two students to complete the performance. I am fortunate that my classmates are very good to me, they are tolerance and patience. After all, the class I spend a lot of time to recite and perform. I attach great importance to this class, because this class is the one that allows me to learn the most. I broke through myself, I no longer evade learning, and I am not afraid of failure. Although I want to withdraw after the first class at the beginning week, I want to withdraw. For me, this class is a challenging and relaxing lesson. I highly recommend to learn and attend this class.(269字)

When people think of California, most of them think of big cities such as sunshine, beach etc. In fact, there are still many undeveloped areas in the middle. It is very empty and flat, and the climate is very good. However, the only constant is that California is dry and less rainy than Taiwan. It has been nearly a year since it was raining for three or four times, umbrella has only been used several times. It is really comfortable all year round. But the temperature is totally difference between day and night. California State Long Beach University is the place that full of enthusiasm, What impressed me the most was the equipment in the gym was better than the previous school. The weather and the environment made me reluctant to leave California. I am very satisfied with my accommodation, there is a swimming pool and a spa, I live in a apartment with my four classmates. From an empty room, buy furniture, bed, kitchen supplies, all of us to take care of ourselves, and I look forward to returning to my apartment every day after school. I feel very glad that there are four classmates who accompanied me to this unfamiliar environment. We encountered difficulties and solved them together. This year, it filled me with good memories.(218字)

If you dare to try you will encounter difficulties. If you avoid it, you can solve it, no one can help you. Study abroad has made many foreign friends and met many cultures. Because of the environmental relationship, I have many opportunities to speak English bravely and practice listening. Try to replace unfamiliar vocabulary with familiar English words, or using body language to help improve my English ability.(68字)

1.Learning some basic daily conversation Americans are very enthusiastic and helpful. But before studying abroad, it is necessary to know some basic daily conversation, which can help you even ask for help when you encounter difficulties. 2. Initial understanding of US laws and regulations The United States is a country with a legal system. Recently, some foreign students have violated the law in the United States. In the United States, they have to face ruthless laws. And there are very few cases in the United States that ask for a crime. The last thing is enjoy studying abroad The United States is a country with democracy and human rights. It has beautiful scenery and modern facilities. Since it has the opportunity to study here, it is also an opportunity to understand Western cultural customs. In leisure time, go out and walk more, make more friends, and taste exotic food. More importantly, to understand the information that is not available in the country because of the blockade, broaden your horizons. If you get lost in the United States, don't hesitate to ask the locals for directions. The Americans are very kind and willing to help others.(194字)
