(一)基本資料

School:California state university Long Beach.City:Long Beach.Date:2019/07/28~2020/05/18.Course Japanese:In this class,I learned many basic Japanese skill like Katagana,Hiragana,and little grammar.Spanish:In this course,we learn how to pronounce,write,and read Spanish.It is interesting,but very difficult.(46字)

(二)課程學習

One of my favorite class is Japanese because I am very interesting in Japanese culture, so I want to learn their language.In this class, the instrustor teach us Japanese character called Hiragana and Katagana.They are all the unique word,so it is very hard for me to memorize it.At first,I even can not read very quick when I read the texbook, also on the test.I tried to overcome it,so I practiced to write it everyday.Finally, I remembered all the characters.Although it is hard to learn, I still very enjoy to learn Japanese.Not only because I love Japanese,but also the teaching way by the instructor.She always help us to check our Hiragana and Katagana are writing correct or not,and teach us how to write it perfect.Beside writing, she give us a lot of chance to practice speaking.Everytime when the class is begin, she will group us and let us practice many speaking. For me, it is very useful to improve my Japanese skill. Because teacher group us,I can meet different people every class.I am not just practice speaking.I also meet alot of people from different countries and know some interesting things.For example, I met a mexican who know how to speak Chinese.When he first speak Chinese to me, I was very shocked.He told me that he was study at Beijing, but the most amazing thing is that his major is CHinese.He have learing Chinese for 7 years.After that, I feel very shamed because I always think Western people can learn English and Spanish very easy,but can't leaning Chinese well.Maybe it is the excuse for me because my Spanish is really bad.After I met him, I change my mind and attitude to learning spanish.I still can not got a good grade, but I will still working hard on it.I got many advantages on this class this semester.(331字)

(三)生活環境

California State University Long Beach(CSULB) is a very big university. It has many student study here and this university is very open.Once you come here, you can feel their passion.In the campous, there are many buildings,for example,Language and culture building,CPIE building,foundation building,student union,gym,and blue pyramid.Blue pyramid is a lanmark of CSULB.It is very huge and it is a court for the sports game.For accommodation, I share an apartment with four other classmates. The apartment has two rooms, two toilets, a living room, and a kitchen.It also has Spa and swimming pool in public zone.There is a manager live in this apartment,so when we have problem,we can ask them for help.Roughly,I think it is a comfortable living place for me in the Us.About surroundings, there are many restaurants across form our apartment.I really like one of the restaurant called Charo chicken.Their bowl is really amazing.There is a supermarket near by,just need to walk 5 minute.The weather in Long Beach is really dry because it is seldom rainy.In summer,the sunsine is really big and very spicy,so I always turn on the air-conditioning.Also it is a good chance to go to a beach.There are many beautiful beaches at Calfornia like Santa Monica.But it is different in winter.The temperature in day and night is very different.It is very cold at night in Long beach.(252字)

(四)自我成長

This is my first time study abroad, actually,I feel very nervous.I fear that I can not get a good grade.I fear that I can not understand what teacher are talking about.At first,I am afraid to speak with my classmate,but I changed my mind.I tried to use my bad English to communicate with them.I am shocked because they understand what I am saying.After I notice that they do not care about our grammar when we are speaking.They can understand what we say through the vocabulary and the gesture.They want us brave to speak out.After that,I feel more confident and I practice speaking a lot.Now I my speaking is advanced so much.No one can do something well at first time.You need to practice and practice.Don't feel shame when I am failed.When I first came to us, I feel very shocked that why every people will greeting with strangers and there are noisy on the public transportation.In Taiwan, people don't like to greeting with strangers and we are very quiet when we are taking public transportation. My friend told me that is because American love chatting and they think it can connect the relationship and spread the positive energy.After hear this, I start to greeting with my friend,teacher,even a stranger,and I actually feel happy.I think maybe I will keep this greeting habit when I am go back to Taiwan.(250字)

(五)大三出國建議

I think if you want to choose a California,have a car or not is very important because California is really very big. Sometimes you have to go to another city. If you really bought a car, California has many places to recommend. For example, Irvine has many Asian dishes that are very delicious. Then,there are also many shopping malls and outlet teams to meet your satisfaction.Of course, it ’s okay if you don’t have a car, because the school provides buses for free, so if you rely on buses, you will save a lot of money, and buses can take you to many places.Regarding the study part, I think that studying abroad can not hold a lazy attitude. After all, tuition is very expensive,so you still have to take care of your grades.If you have any learing problem, foundation building provides many tutors to help you fix the problem.I think it is really useful.Also you can go their to practice English.They will very glad to help you.(177字)
