During the time of studying abroad I mainly choose the classes I have more interesting on the topic and kind of related to my major, Computer Science. Such as, Web Designing, Graphic Control Software Programming, and my favorite, Japanese, This is like the best of the language course options for me since I already watch a lot of Japan animation during childhood in taiwan. Courses I took include Beginning Japanese I and Beginning Japanese II, beginning from teaching us how to recognize 50 hiragana and katakana, then slowly take the content to understanding words, sentences, finally it require us able to figure out what does the article is about, and read our own "composition" as the final oral test. Saying about this class, I can not just skip our tutor of all of the Japan-related classes teacher, Professor Miho Nagai, and she just teach us with nothing but patients and kind encouragement words, so even trying to learn third language in my second language is scary at the first place tho, but the teacher, Ms.Miho has worked very hard to get us understand what Japanese culture is and what's fun about. WSU is a small university, but it's still bigger than ours. Each sport has its own place around the school and It's not like we have to share a place with other people in TKUL. They also have a gym where we can put effort for muscular or buff ourselves. They also have two wooden floored basketball courts where we can play with our friends indoor. I lived in PJ's campus apartment. It was introduced to us by the seniors. It's a nice apartment. Each person has a room and share rest of the space in house. Shower and bathroom is separated, witch is nice, but the bad news is we only have one toilet and one kitchen, which means we have to protect the environment, and I learn a lot from this. Living in PJ has two special benefits. It's very close to the school. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the farest building of WSU, and 2 minutes for the closest. Another benefit is that it is easy to find friends who go there with us. Using WSU car share or just take Lyft go to Walmart to buy some groceries is necessary for students who want to eat healthy and save money. Winona is a small town. Everything is for school. It only takes us a day to find out how big this town are and what they have, but discovering every store in this lovely town is pure of joy to me. The weather in Winona is strange. We arrived there in August. It's hot, maybe a little bit hotter in Taiwan. We can wear shorts and T-shirts in the day time. But oh boy, temperature difference between day and night is killing me, not to mention about winter clothing, one fine winter coat, multi-layers of clothing under coat is REQUIRED for Taiwanese. For me, study in America is not a big problem, because a large part of the curriculum taught in the United States is conducted in a way that goes beyond just looking at the textbook and read out loud. So most of the courses are very interesting to me. The lack of proficiency in English is a big problem I have encountered in the United States. I don't review English well before going to America, I find it difficult to get out of the comfort zone and go into the outer world and talk with various people, make friends with them. If you don't get off to a good start, it will be harder and harder to build your confidence later on, and a vicious circle will form when you don't have a regular schedule or coursework to plan your time well enough to interact with others. I think it is better to start making friends with the overseas students who are also from Taiwan or any other country. It will be a solid first step for me to boost up courage to speak with more people. When I talk to others, I don't feel like needed to be too receptive to the American culture. If you have a chance to show the beautiful side of Taiwan to others, why not? In the United States, commodity price is also a issue worth bring up for me. If there is no deliberate planning, or I just according to Taiwan's life habits and do the same in the America, amount of money I gonna spend will be so much higher than in Taiwan. Understanding the way that local people do before starting get troublesum on spending control, thoroughly on buying necessary things, management monthly or even weekly leisure spending limit, is a proper plan. (五)大三出國建議

If you are coming to the United States, I suggest that you should prepare some additional topics for yourself, even if you will not complete all of them, at least you can give you a direction of effort. Cherish the time of studying abroad, time is fleeting!(47字)
