My favorite class is web programming taught by Professor Bari. The professor will use a computer to project on the podium and start to use the compiler to play the program. Flying from Taiwan to Minnesota was an arduous journey. We had to fly from Taoyuan Airport to San Francisco for more than ten hours, and then transfer to Minneapolis. I still remember that when I got off the plane on June 24, I was immediately hit by the cool wind. Although it is summer, it is only 17 degrees. Fortunately, I have a coat. Winona University is only a 3-minute walk from where I live. The location is quite good. There are kwik Trip shops (convenience stores), ZaZa (small bar), Midtown food market (similar to the small market of mutual benefit), Therefore, the life function is quite good. The disadvantage is that the transportation is inconvenient. It is more difficult to go to other stores, such as the large supermarket of Walmart, target. Although you can choose to walk, it takes one and a half hours to go back and forth. What surprised me the most in life was that when I went to the store, I seemed to forget how to speak English. When I heard how are you, I was stunned. I did n't know what to say. I think the difficulty in learning is the most difficult to overcome. After all, our mother tongue is not English. It is hard to understand all the content of the class, let alone the original book. Even the original book will not be read by Americans. Not to mention us, so the best way is to implement it. Even if you do n't understand English, you can almost understand what this class is doing. In case of difficulties, the computer in the library is a good choice for you. A lot of computers are your choice, so it is difficult to fill up I haven't encountered racial discrimination, big or small, no matter black, white or yellow, it feels very peaceful in Winona, without discrimination, only friendly classmates and environment. There is no need to worry about this problem if you want to go to the local school siblings. As for the culture shock ... I think the most shocking are the local donuts and desserts.
