There is no doubt that I will say that my favorite class must be the English Class, even though I did not choose that class at the first time, but after a teacher told me that this course is very useful and also students can improve their English speaking, reading and writing skills after taking this class, then I decided to choose it as my course too. And from the start until the end of the semester I never feel regret but very happy for my choice cause I did learn something that was very practical, I used to be a person who is very scared of speaking English in front of lots of people, also I don't have great English writing skills and it is hard to find the mistakes myself, but after Teacher Donna's teaching, she asked us not only to practice speaking in front of the classmates every time, also to write at least one essay and do the practice in the book every time after the class, I believed that not only me but every students got a lot of improvements on English. And I definitely need to mentioned about our teacher-- Mrs. Donna Haas, she is the kindest, patientest and warmest teacher I have ever met before, she is just like a mother who always bring a warm smile on her face, no matter what kinds of questions we have, she always listen to us very carefully and told us the right way to deal with those questions, also she never stop giving us confidence every time we are practicing, even if we made mistakes she never blame us but encourage us don't be afraid to try next time, and that's the reason why almost every students love her and even now I still feel really appreciate of what she did for making our English ability better.(312字)

(三)生活環境

Our school is just like a small beautiful society, we do have perfect public utilities like pool, gym, restaurants, convenience store and billiard ball room for entertainment, everything is new and very convenient to use, and for me the dorm room is the best because every students have their own room that we don't need to share one room with others, every rooms have its own kitchen and bathroom, which means we don't have to cooperate others' living habits, we can do whatever we want to do in our own rooms, and I considered that is very good and suitable because privacy is very significant for everyone. But I must say that there is a weak point about the environment around our school that is there is even nothing nearby there, we need to spend at least ten minutes walking to even the nearest restaurant or supermarket, there is only residential area around us, but I also have to say that the taxi in Dubai is very convenient that we can call for it with the app so we don't have to worry even we need to go to somewhere very far. And for the weather there, I believed that most of people know it's very hot almost the whole year, nearly no rainy days there and even sometimes the temperature will be over forty degrees. The last is the food and the consumption condition there, sadly to tell that the food in Dubai is kind bad and also expensive, besides there is no authentic cuisine no matter it's from which country, also the price of the clothes, daily necessities and fresh food are all quite high so if you want to live there for a long time, you need to make sure that you have enough money.(298字)

(四)自我成長

Actually I did not face much problems at adapting the local living environment in addition to the weather there, even though the weather in Taiwan is also hot sometimes but it is much hotter in Dubai, moreover it is not only hot but without wind so it makes people more uncomfortable. And to me, there is nothing special about the lifestyle and the way they used to live that I need to get used to, however to mention about the difficulties I met when studying there, there is no doubt that I will say sometimes it is hard to work or cooperate with some of the foreign classmates because they are too opinionated, even make the decision themselves without asking other partner's idea and that's really make us feel very bad, moreover most of them have prejudice of Taiwanese classmates, they think our English is not as good as theirs so sometimes they will ridicule in front of us and that's very rude. But then we got used to it and we will not be able to care whatever they say, sometimes we also make joke with Chinese in front of them because they don't understand Chinese. Though we did not Encounter a lot of problems living there, yet we did use lots of time getting used to the local prices, especially the price of the food because most of them are quite high, it is normal to spend more than six hundred NT dollars for just a meal, so we have to control the frequency of eating outside, therefore we will cook ourselves if it's possible and that's really an economical behavior.(273字)

(五)大三出國建議

To be honest I really recommend the junior brothers and sisters who also choose International Tourism Management as their major to choose Dubai as the country to study abroad. First of all, The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management is absolutely a great College to study, the teachers there are all professional and what they taught is definitely useful if you want to work in the hospitality industry, and also the environment is very good no matter the classrooms, the learning environment or the dorm rooms. Moreover you can meet classmates with different personality from all over the world and even work with them, that is a special experience with no doubt. Secondly, to mention about the life there, in addition to the price of things is quite high compare to the price in Taiwan, Dubai is still a great city to live, you can see people form all over the world on the street, it is just like am international city, and it also have a lot of must-go sightseeing spots, for example the Burj khalifah which is the tallest building in the world, the Dubai mall which is one of the biggest mall in the world and the Burj Al Arab which is the only seven star hotel in the world. To sum up, I will say Dubai is a great choice for sure, it is a city which can broaden your horizons and change many of your values, and how many opportunities you can have in the whole life time to live in such an unique middle eastern city so why not?(264字)
