In fact, I recommend all the courses I have choose. Although there have their own hard time during the classes, you can learn different types of things.David was the professor in this course.He was teaching in a little bit British English.The most interesting thing was every professor has teach in their own accent!Some of accent was difficult to distinguish !Business classes was the most difficult course I have chosen,teaching in data was more interesting and more efficient than using textbooks. Analyzing current events was also more practical. About FOOP was the classes teaching us how to operate the system in the reception,this was the most useful classes if you want to do the internships in Front office department !Especially if you do the internships in Jumeirah Group! Because there have a same system in the front office department !You can do more easy during your internship. Eona was a professor in this course, but I have some problem about her accent!Sometime I need to require her to said it again. By comparison"Housekeeping operations"was more practical course if you have chosen.For the class, it would divided to two parts,teaching in textbook and actual operation.Textbook content is include housekeeping management and the procedure of room cleaning.After learning some concept in the class,next step ,we went to the real guest room in EAHM to do the practical training.First of all,manager will bring one of the housekeeper to demonstration and assistance us how to clean the room and what is the procedure of the management. The last one was "French class"this was my favorite course I have ever chosen.Teacher was funny,patience and hard working!She always using French to explain the sentence or word.If you have any questions ,let her know,do not be hesitate to ask ,she will assist you on this matter! (三)生活環境

In the Academy,you can find that the Burji Arab is near by our Academy! Every moment is around your life.When the evening, you can saw the light show from the Burji Arab in every angle. EAHM is the school which is small but exquisite!There have a swimming pool,the gym,the restaurant,the pool cafe,the cafe,the tennis court,the basketball court,and also combine accommodation in the academy! About accommodation is in the academy,so it is easy to go to everywhere,like the gym or the classroom.There are all combine in one area.For the room,it is divided in two part,separate to two building, one for male and the other for female.Accommodation is be prepared for one person in one room.There have offer fully facilities inside the room.Upon you open the door,you will find there have a kitchen just behind the door and the tableware also have been prepared!It is amazing that there have some drink and the fruit were already in the fridge!And also the tea bags.When you cross the kitchen, you will find your main space in this room.It was include one super single bed,and your desk and also TV in the room!Bathroom is at the right hand side of the door. EAHM is located in the premium location,here is the land of the Jumeirah group.It is including Madinat Jumaireh,Jumairah Beach,and the Burji Arab! The weather in UAE is such as the hell when it was start to became June !The temperature have always been up to 40 degree,but there is an advantage that the air conditioning is in everywhere, so you won't be to much worried in hot day!Until November ,the weather start to be cool down in this season!So do not bring to many clothes, if you want to bring the coat,please just take the thin one. The food in UAE is tend to be more international cuisine,but it is not very delicious in every restaurant!And "carry" is most common food in the UAE. About travel,you also can take the bus or metro to every sightseeing.In fact, taxi is the most convenience and most expensive transportation in UAE. We usually take the taxi!In Dubai,you can use the cash or card to paid the taxi fee,but in Abu Dhabi you can only paid in the cash!!!! (412字)

(四)自我成長

That's me show you how different was between Taiwan and United Arabic Emirates ! First of all, such as the "accent "in UAE ,there have many different kinds of the foreign from each countries For me, American accent is more familiar to me.How ever, the India accent and the Arabic accent are both difficult accent for me to understand.This problem has always affected me until I went back to Taiwan ! However, listen more becomes a way to approve my listening skill. If you go out to any place ,please pay attention to your on dressing or your wearing, because this is a religious country ,do not wear the shorts which is too short!Or you might be caught by the police! 1.Can you wear the Bikini when you go to the beach?Yes,you can. 2.Can you buy the pork in the UAE?Yes,you can.But few store will sell it,you can only buy the pork in the market called "Waitrose"this is an British supermarket! 3.Can you drink the alcohol in UAE?Yes,you can.But you need to be over 21 years old!Drinking alcohol in the public space is illegal!You can only drink in the specific bar or restaurant. 4.Can I talk or video chat on the communication Software like LINE,Message or facetime ?Not really.First of all,you need to open the app called VPN, at the same time,the strong wifi become one of the indispensable reasons. (五)大三出國建議

About internship,if you value how much money you can earn more than experience,than I suggest you can choose Australia not Dubai!Why?Because in Australia ,salary is six times more than Dubai during your internship!But if you want to have more choices about your internship ,than just choose Dubai,because you have more choices in the others department during your internship! If you choose Dubai,you need to be mentally prepared,Dubai is not too much funny and cuisine for you.(84字)

(六)其他

After a series of the interviews, I decided to accept the internship from Al Wathba ,a Luxury Collection Hotel, Marriott. Initially, it was franchised by Jumeirah Group, but now become to the Marriott Group. I got two different brands management experience during this three months , and also got experience that can not learn in Taiwan.For this time, the main jobs are include the telephone operators,guest relations,check in and check out. It's not easy for us to do an internship in Front office department for the first time when you were studied in abroad.In Dubai ,this country have a highly developed tourism industry,it means you can easy to fund the high quality hotels in everywhere. However, if there have more choices of the hotels in UAE ,and there are more options for your internship,because you could choose the place where you want to go! (149字)
