I studied many courses in EAHM, one of my favorites is English class, although I have a lot of homework, presentations, and group discussions. I also learned how to write essays and many writing skills in the course. Before I was always afraid to speak in English because the course made me is not afraid of speaking English, the teacher always used to be very patient to give us confidence. She will immediately correct when in the wrong. This class is one of the hardest but also learns the most. I remember when the final teacher did an English debate I never thought I can take part in an English debate at first because I think I cannot do to with a group of native speakers of English debate but in the end, the debate is also very well. At the beginning of the class, the teacher once asked what we want to learn from this class. I said so. I want to improve my English ability and hope that I can become more fluent in speaking. I learned interpersonal communication through group discussions and group reports in my class. Originally, I didn't know how to express my ideas. Finally, I could put forward my ideas and dare to ask questions. This let me know the importance of communication because different languages and cultures tend to cause a lot of misunderstandings. So communication is the best way to deal with problems. Although my English is not super good, I know I have made great progress. In the future, I hope I can continue to improve myself without forgetting what I have learned. I think I learned a lot here, especially in the English class. And I also like to thank Ms. Donna for teaching us so patiently. Although a lot of assignments will feel very hard, when I think about it, I will feel that these three months have been very fulfilling. (322字)

(三)生活環境

First, introduce from the food. The food in Dubai is really not as tasty as Taiwan, the price is a little more expensive than Taiwan's. The best food for us is Dingtaifeng. There is also a delicious Indian cuisine near the school and a delicious Korean cuisine near the popular photo frame in Dubai. Every time I go to LAR MER, I will definitely buy a cup of Pearl milk tea to miss Taiwan. And most of the time we cook in the dormitory, we go to Carrefour every Thursday to buy ingredients. Whatever food I used to cook was not tasty, but now I cook a lot of progress. School dormitory-like hotel comfortable equipment with 24 hours of cold air and the soft bed has the kitchen table, a desk, and a personal bathroom. The most important thing is that there are free of the washer and dryer. The school there is a gym and swimming pool and companionship to can watch TV together or with friends or discuss the report. After the internship dormitory although the bed is very hard to sleep because work too tired and falls asleep immediately, equipment part of the necessary have, no dryer is one of the most troubled. We go to the Burj Khalifa to celebrate the New Year, go to the desert to ride a camel, go to the capital Abu Dhabi, go to all popular attractions in Dubai, we don’t know where to go, we go to the mall. Finally, the weather in Dubai is really hot. I only bring shorts, but usually stay in the air-conditioned room so don’t worry.(272字)

(四)自我成長

Some difficulties in life we go to Dubai Taiwanese together to help each other to solve the problem so there won't be too much trouble in my life. On the course, if you have not to take the initiative to ask the teacher and classmates. There may be setbacks at the time of internship at first but when you get started you'll find that your progress. Don't be afraid of difficulties and scold, the result will be good. In Dubai, you will meet people in different countries who have different accents and you need to understand what they say. At the time of the internship hotel staff meal not really nice. I think at first to Dubai I was afraid that hasn't happened but it was not a bit scary and it needed to know this place is not an established impression depends on everybody. And Dubai is conservative too bare so don't wear too less will be gazed. Local people because of the religion do not eat pork so if you want to eat pork need to go to a specific supermarket. There is no too big culture shock and difficulties. Although the food is not our appetite in Dubai must try the local food is very special, also can try traditional clothing close to the local life. The local public security also is very good you put the bag beside nobody looking, no one will steal. The journey I with full of memories and grow back, thanks to our parents and the school give me this opportunity.(259字)

(五)大三出國建議

In the beginning, I chose Dubai because I could attend classes and internships. Although Dubai may not like other countries have a lot of leisure entertainment, But I think to learn to never less than other countries and schools. I think Dubai so special country at that time maybe my life won't be here, so I decided to come to Dubai abroad junior. I think if you want to in the hotel front desk internship that you don't have to hesitate to choose Dubai. The colleagues we met during the internship were also very friendly, they also won't bring us as an intern and special to us. Didn't have any racial discrimination, Asian girls in Dubai is very popular over there. Tourism in Dubai is internationally renowned, If you want to be in the hotel industry in the future, you can go to Dubai to understand the whole operation and system. I believe that you are in the Dubai internship experience will have a great help for your future. Don't always envy other countries after going abroad, this year have a wonderful don't regret is one of the most important. The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management also provides good courses about the hotel industry. It is a pity that I didn't stay in Dubai full year there are a lot of things that cannot experience, expect you will experience something different from us. Finally, remind everybody do not buy necessities from Taiwan, Dubai price is not too expensive don't waste the baggage weight.(253字)
