2019大三出國輔導通報系統 - 留學心得報告[編輯]

(一)基本資料

ICHM Australia Adelaide 2019.07.13-2020.03.28 Half year academic study program Half year industry placement I choose four course for my half year academic study which are food and beverage service standard, deliver guests service standard,room division service standard ,culinary techniques and standards. After finished the courses, we were arranged to a hotel by the interview ,and started my own industry placement. (61字)

(二)課程學習

In my opinion, the most meaningful course is the culinary technique and standard because I am interesting in cooking . Therefore, I hope I can make use of the chance of study abroad and learning some different culture's cuisine. Compare to the eastern country, Western has a series of course for learning their local delicacy, and wearing a formal chef uniform i necessary for them. Of course, I need to wear my chef uniform for the culinary course. Take mt own experience for example, the Australia of main organization cuisine is sause , main course and decoration. Therefore, my teacher taught me lots of way of making the sauce like tata sauce is the most common one on the meal of fish and chips.Also, the most impression one is the mushroom butter sauce with steam chicken. Briefly explain the method of this meal is first to deal with the raw chicken, compare to the eastern way, the western way likes to remove minced meat which is on the chicken leg bone. They think the bare chicken bone is more beautiful for the presentation of this meal. After that we will steam the chicken about 20 minutes with 200 temperature. Then we will start to prepare the sauce. Mushrooms cut into slices. The boiled beef liver and mushrooms are soaked in cold water for about 15 minutes, wringed and cut into fine diced.Put the unsalted butter in the pan and heat it on low heat until the butter melts.Stir fry onion and minced garlic together. The key of this sauce is the color because the butter is easy to be dark. Therefore, we need to stir the sauce without stop , until the surface started to a little freeze . After finishing the sauce , we will need a hot plate and our steam chicken. Now it is time to decoration, the chicken will need to cut into pieces and put it in the middle of the plate one by one , but they are leaning one by one. Last, use a spoon to stir the mushroom butter sauce again and topped the pieces chicken with sauce , which is topped from left to right with horizontal direction. Also, we can use the rest of the sauce draw a circle along the edge of the plate.(378字)

The accommodation I chose is the student dormitory of the nearby university. The three meals and the weekly room cleaning are really high-level services. In addition, the dormitory restaurant has two chefs, one is an Australian local chef and the other is from Singapore. I often look forward to The food he cooks is because he is an oriental after all. The food he cooks is also more special. I have a special appetite. At certain specific festivals, barbecue events will be held in the restaurant. Food exchange activities with various countries. Christmas will also invite students and teachers of the whole school. The problem of changing clothes is very convenient because the dormitory also provides washing machines and clothes dryers. It is five minutes away from the dormitory as in Lanyang in Tamkang. There is an Asian grocery store. Sometimes when you eat greasy meals, you will buy some instant noodles and return to the main meal. The most delicious restaurant to enjoy that impression is the Vietnamese restaurant opposite the grocery store. You can eat very full with only AUD 15. If you are talking about local tourist attractions, there is a pretty recommended place. It can be taken by bus. It is mainly a group of German immigrants settled was later developed into a tourist area. The most famous restaurant is more expensive than Handorf inn. It has a large portion of German pork feet, German sausages, fried bread fried steak, and some salads. The famous handmade candles are also local. There is also a special Lantern Festival celebration in winter. Everyone will take their own lanterns around the town and finally gather in a square to listen to the local choir and orchestra. At the same time, some small vendors can buy some food. It is a pretty good cultural experience(304字)

(四)自我成長

Basically, the problem that needs to be overcome is that the English tone of the foreign teacher's class is like a teacher who came from the country, so his tone is with a tongue curl, but after a few lessons, he gradually became familiar with his tone. This is okay, it ’s just that different lifestyles which doesn’t affect me. All we need to do is to try to learn the things you don't know. make more foreigner friends, so that you can share your own culture experience and different lifestyle habit. These all helps our horizon wider.(99字)
