Although I learn English language course last semester, I also learn a lot in IELP. My favorite course is Integrated class which is main class in IELP. Before I come to this class, I felt bored about course. A few day later, I thought that was not really because I make lots of friends from different countries. The first week that I was at the IELP, I saw many people who are from different countries. After I met each one the first time, I recognized that I studied with people in different age.They are so kind and nice to show any experiences and cultures of their home country. Even if we have a great time can recognize each other, we also hang out in our free time. For example, my favorite friend is a Korean girl. She always take me to Korean restaurant, and recommend me food which is the most popular in Korea. Before I study abroad, I think that I’m afraid of speaking English with foreigner.Now I not only do my best to communicate with other people but also improve a lot on speaking.(189字)

I study at Temple University, and I choose to live student dormitory out of campus. The dormitory is a new building, so everything is so clean there. I feel comfortable to live there. Also, this building is close to my school, I just spend 5 minutes walking to my classroom.I think that location where you live was important, because transportation fees is so expensive in Philadelphia, especially in center city.Also,I usually went to city center with my friends on weekends.I used to take Uber or Left to go there with my friends, because we can share money for transportation fees. The price is cheaper than subways, and also feel more comfortable.Besides, I recommend the American restaurant which is my favorite.That is Chipotle, this restaurant is really close to my home, so I usually go there three times a week. And my favorite dishes is bowl with beef. I always order that one because it's a best dishesI have eaten in America for me. Acutally I'm not really like American food because that is too fat and also not good for our health. To many people, American food means hamburgers, hot dogs, fried chicken and pizza. Americans tend to eat a lot of "junk food." Potato chips, candy bars, soft drinks and other goodies are popular treats. Many people eat too many of these unhealthy snacks. But others option for more healthy eating habits like me. During this year, one of my habbits is going to supermarket and buy any ingredient what I want.So, I usually cook at home, and try different dishes.So my cooking skill is better than before. I think that is a interesting thing which I learn in my America life.(290字)

(四)自我成長

Living by yourself in another nation makes me more mature than before. You got to handle everything on your own not like living at home having your mom doing everything for you. I learn how to cook, do the dishes , create the refrigerator and all source of your choice. At the first, I had difficulties on cooking. Being someone who only know how to fry an egg in the beginning to someone who both know how to make eastern and western dishes. From spaghetti, avocado toast, to fry rice. My mom can’t wait my dishes now. Another, I learn a lot through traveling. Traveling in America always is my dream, so when I got there, I start to plan some trips with my friends A few of us gather together starting to searching information, schedule our routes which is a long process. All the beautiful spots make the tiring planing worth it. By the end of this semester, there was a strong motivation in my mind that tell me to study harder in the future. I have to study even more diligently in order to achieve successfully. I carry this kind of mindset entering University. During the time at the Temple University, I expect myself to build up a firm foundation of English listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Also, I want to earn a certification related to these fundamental skills. I certainly believe these skills would set me in a position of well-preparation, so I will be ready to confront new challenges after collage.(255字)

"Work hard, play hard!" Studying abroad is a specal oppoortunity in our life time. Most of time in school we should wok hard, and join any actitities to expand your school life. But also use free time to achieve your dream, such as traveling around the whole America or do a special thing during abroad. After finish this semester, I understand that when times become difficult, must remember a moment in your life that was filled with joy and happiness. In doing so, you'll find you have the ability to overcome each obstacle brought your way, and also get ready to face each new day. (105字)
