The university has a beautiful campus and modern facilities located in Beppu, Japan. City: Beppu The city of Beppu is a popular tourist destination in Japan, located on the island of Kyushu, known for its abundance of hot springs and beautiful scenery. A city that blends traditional and modern cultures, it offers many opportunities to explore and experience. Courses I have studied: Spanish: basic knowledge and grammar of Spanish, and improve listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Hangeul: The basics of the Korean language, learn Korean pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar. Japanese: the basics of Japanese, and improve the ability to communicate in Japanese. Psychology: Explores the principles of human behavior and mental processes. International Relations: Learn about key concepts in international relations, states' interaction, and global issues' impact. Political Economy: Understand the relationship between politics and economics, and its impact on national and global economies.(174字)

Spanish one: Firstly, I want to express my admiration for Teacher RECUERO DIAZ Jaime, who possesses an exceptional level of knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching Spanish. He is truly passionate about his subject and his dedication is evident in every aspect of his teaching. His support and encouragement have played a crucial role in making the process of learning Spanish both enjoyable and challenging for us. One of the remarkable aspects of Jaime's teaching style is his ability to create an interactive and lively classroom environment. He understands that language learning is not simply about memorizing vocabulary and grammar rules, but also about actively practicing and applying the language skills we acquire. To achieve this, he incorporates a wide range of classroom activities and games that engage us in meaningful conversations and encourage us to express ourselves in Spanish. These interactive sessions not only enhance our language proficiency but also boost our confidence in speaking the language. Secondly, the content of the course is exceptionally rich and varied. In addition to learning fundamental Spanish vocabulary, grammar, and sentence patterns, we delve into the vibrant cultures and traditions of both Spain and Latin America. By exploring the diverse aspects of Spanish-speaking countries, we gain a deeper understanding of the language and its cultural context. Jaime goes beyond the textbook, supplementing our learning with authentic materials such as literature, music, and films, which further enrich our language learning experience. What sets this course apart is the friendly and open learning environment it provides. The rapport between Jaime, our classmates, and ourselves is outstanding. Collaborative learning is highly encouraged, and we frequently engage in group activities and discussions. These interactions provide us with ample opportunities to practice our speaking and listening skills in a supportive setting. Moreover, Jaime is always approachable and responsive, readily addressing our questions and concerns. His individualized guidance ensures that we grasp the concepts thoroughly and progress effectively in our language-learning journey. In conclusion, Teacher RECUERO DIAZ Jaime's deep knowledge, enthusiasm, and interactive teaching approach have made learning Spanish a truly enjoyable and rewarding experience. The course's comprehensive content and focus on cultural understanding further enhance our language skills. The supportive and inclusive learning environment fosters growth and encourages active participation. Surroundings: Beppu City is a popular tourist destination in Japan with abundant hot spring resources and beautiful scenery. You can experience Japanese culture in Beppu by visiting hot spring areas, jinja, and traditional Japanese gardens. In addition, Beppu City also has many shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues, providing students with a wealth of life and entertainment options. Local climate: Beppu has a warm and humid climate, with hot and rainy summers and relatively warm winters. The temperature is usually between 25 and 35 degrees Celsius in summer and between 0 and 15 degrees Celsius in winter. Your buddy can help you navigate campus life, introduce you to local customs and traditions, and assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. They can also accompany you to local events and activities, giving you the opportunity to experience Japanese culture firsthand. Apart from the APU Buddy program, actively participating in campus activities, clubs, and student organizations is another excellent way to meet and interact with both local and international students who share similar interests. For example, you can join a sports club, a music or dance group, or a language exchange club. These clubs and organizations often organize regular meetings, practices, and events where you can socialize, collaborate, and establish meaningful connections with fellow students. Additionally, APU hosts various cultural and social events throughout the academic year. These events provide a platform for students from diverse backgrounds to come together, share their cultures, and learn from one another.
